ADDITIONAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AND/OR KITCHENS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 PER ITEM FEE. ALL PRICING IS BASED ON BUILDINGS LOCATED WITHIN 35 MILES OF OUR MANLIUS, NY OFFICE. Please note that air-conditioners can only be inspected when the outside air temperature has been above 65° F for 16 hours or more. When these conditions exist, upon notification by the client within 6 months of the original inspection date, we will return to the building to inspect this system at no extra charge. Additionally, should roofs be excessively snow or ice covered, upon notification by the client that the roof is cleared within 6 months of the original inspection date, we will return to inspect the roof at no extra charge.
