If you are concerned about a specific component of your home, don't hesitate to call us. We'd be more than happy to answer your questions.
Radon Testing Radon is a serious and common concern for many people purchasing a home. It can be found in unacceptable levels in existing homes, new homes, or after renovations. We provide the very best testing in the form of a 48 hour continuous monitor test. All of our radon testing is performed according to EPA standards and recommended procedure. We provide a report stating the results and any recommended steps for mitigation if neccessary. If you are concerned about radon levels in a home you wish to purchase, or your current home, please call our office. We'd be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Water Testing Drinking water quality is a vital concern for any homeowner. Whether or not you are purchasing a new home, or concerned about the quality of your current water source, a water purity test is an excellent way to learn more about what is in your drinking water. We provide several different types of water purity testing. We perform testing for total coliform, nitrites/nitrates, and lead content in water. All of these tests are performed according to industry standard protocol.

We also provide well water flow testing. If your home has a well for its water source, a flow test gives you valuable information about the wells adequacy.

For more information about our water purity testing and our well water flow test, please call our office.
Septic Testing Our septic testing includes a septic dye test. Tracer dye is placed into the plumbing drain system, and a visual inspection of the leach field area is conducted to search for any evidence of the dye. This evaluation is conducted using standard methods for septic dye testing. Please call our office if you have any questions about this procedure.
